FEELIN’

FEELIN' is a music-centered approach to emotional wellness β€” movement, audio, and gatherings designed to help whatever you’re feelin’ land in and move through the body.

Over here,
we are FEELIN’

FEELIN' is a group of regulation techniques created from my passion for music and wellness; to harmonize my daily habits with my mental health. I know the songs we put on repeat, the spaces we work in, and the people we interact with have an affect on us. I design FEELIN’ accordingly.

Every FEELIN' experience is a nervous-system regulation practice where music leads the way. My custom playlists drive the journey and the body feels the rest. There’s no need to be a dancer, a yogi, or an audiophile, all you need to do is show up!

Three ways to feel

Three ways to feel

An online radio show about how music moves us through emotion.

Weekly episodes hosted by Riv and posted on YouTube. Each recording is a mood mapβ€” breathwork, reflection prompts, words, and music β€” built around one named feeling.

Who it's for: Feelers who can’t make it in-person.

An in-person music-led movement practice.

Feelin’ Flow is a sixty minute IRL class set to carefully-curated music by Riv, every Friday. It’s designed to move emotion through the body in a natural way. No prior class, yoga, dance, or meditation experience required.

Who it's for: People want a guided, communal space to move.

Our original programming.

IRL concepts that create shared emotional experiences through music, movement, and community, including Felt Mornings and Crying on the Dance Floor.

Who it's for: Anyone who wants to dance it out, cry it out, laugh it out, or feel it out together

for your team, your brand, or your people.

We design and host private FEELIN' experiences for companies, festivals, and cultural partners.

If you want to host FEELIN' for your room β€” whether that's an artist listening room, a brand activation, a retreat, or a private moment β€” start here.
