Move Therapy & Wellness
Making mind-body care feel human on social
Move Therapy & Wellness is a holistic mental health practice that brings therapy and movement together, giving people ways to care for their mental health beyond traditional talk therapy. The goal was to help people feel that offering through social: to see the lifestyle and healing relationships they could become part of, then feel ready to take a first step toward a class or therapy

Move’s concept was strong, but underexpressed. Its social presence relied heavily on quotes, text-heavy education, and posed wellness imagery. Bond by RYBL was brought in to make the practice feel more tangible, personal, and approachable.Item description

We built the strategy around Move’s promise: mental health that meets your body, too. Through Bond’s Feel-First approach, we defined the emotional role Move should play on social: a grounded, nurturing presence that helps people feel safe enough to begin.
That direction shaped the brand’s voice, pacing, visuals, and content framework. We organized content around Inward, Onward, and Forward, meeting people as they begin to understand what they need, build a practice, and find ways to carry that support into everyday life.
Creatively, we kept Move’s studio photography but shifted the execution toward moments that show care in practice. Practitioner spotlights gave people an idea to connect with before introducing a credential or service. Therapy and movement content became more specific and inviting, bringing the people and experience behind Move’s offerings into view.

Move’s shift toward a more human, experience-led social presence coincided with audience growth at roughly three times its previous pace. From January through September 2026 to date, the account gained over 300 net followers, compared with a Q4 2025 average of 12 new followers per month, and generated 181,200 views across posts and Reels.
The content also gave people more reasons to engage with and explore the practice. Engagement rate rose 15% above the Q4 baseline in the initial reporting period. Across the periods measured, Move recorded more than 2,500 profile visits and nearly 200 link taps.
