There was an opportunity to deepen fan connection beyond traditional one-way posting by creating a more direct, participatory space for audiences to engage with Takis during peak cultural moments. As social platforms continued to evolve toward community and real-time interaction, the brand needed a way to foster ongoing dialogue and strengthen relationships with its most engaged fans.
Solution: Shifted the brand from one-way posting to a direct, community-driven communication channel.
Launched an Instagram Broadcast Channel that created a direct, real-time line of communication between Takis and its audience. The channel gave fans exclusive access to product collaborations, announcements, and early drops, creating a sense of insider access while enabling more direct co-collaboration with the community. By shifting from one-way content to interactive, fan-led engagement, the channel enabled ongoing dialogue during key cultural moments, strengthening connection and increasing participation beyond traditional social posts.
